Overall, I enjoy the stay especially the service team at the reception area. The only comment is that the windows facing the streets are not as sound proof and at night you can hear the loud chattering and horns which interrupt the sleep. Other than that, I really enjoy the stay.

I was amazed by the free upgrade of a suite room. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable.

Very good stay. Happy with the service. Good initiative. Love the suggestion by your reception counter staff on the 28th June evening when I say I was leaving hotel at 4.30am on 29th morning, she suggested a takeaway breakfast set which I really appreciated. It's these small details that shows the excellent service
