Clean, quant, boutique style hotel with exceptional customer service and hospitality right in the heart of bustling old quarter. Staff was very engaging and helpful when answering questions and request. If ever in Hanoi again I will definitely be back and will be telling everyone about my experience.

Absolutely loved this place ,beds really comfortable,staff are brilliant,literally in the middle of everything

Stopover in Hanoi was perfect

Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Our room had a sting area which was a lovely bonus.
Food and service was a standout. The hotel offer a lovely breakfast which offered an excellent variety of options. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful with a very good menu. My husband had the duck which he said was the best he’s ever eaten.
Sky bar is a good spot for a pre dinner drink with good views and an evening breeze.
We loved our stay and hope to return soon

It was a great stay, the staff were lovely and helpful. The only let down for me was the mattress was quite firm but other than that all good! Breakfast was so nice and lots of choice
