Property does not have an elevator. I was on the highest floor. Overall stay was great as it was near everything. Had a blast in Hanoi. I plan to return again soon.

The hotel is really in a good convenient location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they have been very helpful during my stay. The housekeeper is really great in maintaining the room, replenishing the water, tea, and coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel and return for another visit.

No elevator, leaky shower

Micheal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our travel plans went as well as possible despite the effects of typhoon yagi. I can express enough how friendly and helpfull everyone was. The hotel is located in the heart of old town. It is close to the infamous beer street but it is far enough from the action and the room was quiet and clean.

For the price we paid we cannot complain much. As this is the best location to stay in old town.
Pros:
1. Location as most of famou things near by like beer street, Train Street, Church, Lake and lot many food option and shops.
2. Staff
3. Help to arrange transport early morning 4:30am.
Cons:
1. Fridge is really very dirtyand seems not working well
2. Some repair required specially gate lock and bathroo taps leakge and not very smooth.
3. No lift you need to take your luuage to your room and if u have heavy luggauge its not so good.
4. TV not working so for family with kids can face problem.
