It was quite secluded and the staff weren’t very helpful

Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected.
other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions

Very helpful front desk and housekeeping

This Hotel was in a great location. The staff was excellent in helping with tours and local information. The hotel is basic but at a favorable price. We planned on two days but stayed four nights.

영어가능 직원은 낮에만 상주하고 침실 깨끗한 편이고 호안끼엠 호수에서 약 10분 거리라서 위치도 좋습니다.
큰방에서 자는걸 추천드립니다.
