The tub/ shower is to high. Difficult to get in and the curtains dont help keep water in. Language barrier with staff is a challenge at times.

Adequate but keep looking

I had 2 nights in this hotel. It is easy to find the hotel or to catch a taxi. There are some good local restaurants nearby. Besides, the hotel is new. Staff is helpful too. Everything is great to me.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, warmly welcomed. The room was clean and bright, and looked like the same with the photos posted in booking. It's a nice and quiet place for leisure, enjoy the vacation with your close friends and family

This was perfect for us as we used to live in Hanoi but came back for 10 days for a visit. the hotel is located in a lovely area to stay and everywhere in central Hanoi is easily reached. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet at night for Hanoi standards

Incredible service

They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.
