The hotel has great location in the middle of everything, entertainment, restaurants and to top it up, they have a great staff & customer service here day & night - very comfortable firm bed at night and awesome variety of breakfast - small feedback was the bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly as it is slippery due to mouldy - will definitely come back again here, thanks team

This hotel did not disappoint. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our family stayed here and we enjoyed the entire week. You are greeted with a nice cold beverage and physically shown to our room. Breakfast was fresh and amazing every morning. We book a couple activities (Ninh Binh and HaLong Bay)though the hotel and they were both worth it. The staff helped us navigate places we wanted to visit such as money exchange, food locations, stores...etc. we were throughly impressed by the service we received from the staff at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here and next time we come back, we will use them again.

This was a comfortable and clean hotel in a very convenient location to access food, tours, and shopping in the Old Quarter. Expedia should award 6 stars for the staff at this hotel. They are friendly, helpful, and always smiling and happy. They make you feel that you are being taken care of. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing. Helped with transportation and ensured we were welcomed tho we arrived after midnight. They even held our suitcases for 4 days as we went to Ha giang and came back to the hotel at 3am. It is a good hotel but the staff made it a great hotel.

The property is in a great location to check out the Old Quarter. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants, sites, shops, and night life. What really sets them apart though is the service they provide. The service started right after booking, with them reaching out offering private car service from the airport, offers to book trips during our stay, and just checking in as we approached our travel dates and providing very accurate instructions. From the generous welcome, to providing maps and recommendations, arranging transportation, and working with us through some travel challenges... the staff service was excellent.

The staff here is incredible. They are very considerate and kind, and they always went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. When we checked out, we had forgotten a painting that we had just bought. The staff mailed it to us at no extra cost which was quite generous. Also, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is located in a prime location. Highly recommend!!
