No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . The water dispenser wasn’t replaced in the restaurant area. But the staff were really helpful fixing the things they could fix and helping us with flight information. Across the road is a great gelato place “La Milana”. Lots of improvements could be made at this hotel.

it is an old hotel but the location is okay. The service is acceptable and it seems no change in the last decade.
The Hotel rate is not expensive and could be recommended for short stay in Hanoi.

Good Hotel
Posted 19 Nov 2015 on HotelsNo problem here.Good room size with window which could be opened.Window gave view of Vincom shopping centre.Buffet breakfaxt correct.Hotel restaurent good value and better than the food in the Vincom centre.
Hotel is clean with a friendly and helpful staff.Also ,the bathroom had a window,which is pleasant and unusual these days.

It was a bad decision to stay in this hotel as the Air Con was not working and the overall housekeeping was very bad. Also, the food in restaurant was no where nearer to the 4 stars of the hotel.
