It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm.

Posted 20 Apr 2019 on HotelsThe dragon hotel is excellent value for money. For £36 you get a large room, with great WiFi, a very good hotel breakfast and in a stunning location in Hanoi Westlake. We had one of the rooms at the back, which made for a peaceful nights sleep in the busy city. Would highly recommend staying here for great value and a pleasant stay.

Posted 23 Jan 2019 on HotelsA fine old fashioned Asian hotel. Good service, helpful staff and English spoken. Good location with lake across the road. A little noisy in the early morning with cocks crowing and dogs barking.

Had a nice stay. Staff very friendly. They allowed early check in. Also rooms were very clean and well maintained. Very good Indian restaurant next to hotel which was very helpful.
