The room was in a great location with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many options and the food was good. The room was clean.

Dal Vostro Hotel doesn't really deserve the five stars I gave it given that we had several problems with the room. The staff however was excellent and did their best to make things right - I can't ask anything more.
An example is the fridged in both our rooms didn't work. I was told that that was a known issue; that the fridges are largely there to keep dust off the minibar items. Someone though came by a short while later carrying a replacement fridge. It didn't keep anything cold, but did bring it a couple degrees below room temperature.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location. And again the staff were always keen to help.

Everyone was especially helpful. We appreciated Carrie’s suggestions and help. Thank you to the young man who walked to the puppet show to get us tickets.

Construction on road so we had to walk 2 blocks. Very kind and helpful staff.

Didn't like that we only get 1 key per room. The staff was excellent. Very polite. Very prompt at bringing items to room. We accidentally booked one day shorter than we thought we did and we left everything in our rooms to go sightseeing. The staff realized we were confused and had made a mistake and meant to book one more day so they left everything in our rooms untouched and let us book the same room when we got back to the hotel after sightseeing. I am so very grateful to them for being so considerate and understanding.

It's just a hotel room.not a resort.
No spa,sauna or swimming pool. They don't clean the rooms

In the website, we put our name is Dal Vostro Hotel & Spa, nothing mentions about resort. In our hotel, we have full services such as spa, sauna and jacuzzi. We also put the details menu about that service and the price in each room so that you can see it. With the issues don't clean the rooms, we sorry about the experience. The reason we cannot clean because you request do not disturb. We never going into the room without the guest permission, always knock the door first to ask the guest.Once an again, we are truly sorry, and we hope to see you again in the future.!!!
