Lovely Boutique Hotel, great location. All the attractions are within walking distance. Menu is good and the staff are very helpful

Posted 15 May 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. Excellent and helpful front desk that helped me 3 separate times. Comfortable room with strong AC. Great breakfast buffet. Perfect location. Good value. Will stay there next time.

Arrived at 12:30am the gentleman that greeted us was lovely.
We had two rooms 802 & 1001
802 had a balcony, 1001 did not
Both rooms were spacious, however a few things in the room have seen better days.
Paint walls were stained and some had water damage peeling.
Bathroom fixtures had a thick layer of limestone
Shower curtain could be replaced.
Bathroom glass had blinds from the outside however you could see everything inside the bathroom. Would not recommend to book for non couples or people who require privacy while using the loo.
The bedsheets were surprisingly super clean…
This place has so much potential and in a great spot. Proper Reno’s ( not just a coat of paint) and this place could be a true boutique hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient location. I would stay there again next time I visit Hanoi.
