No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though.

Additionally, we understand your expectations for a fully equipped gym and will take your feedback into consideration. We are also sorry to hear about the intercom issue and will ensure our maintenance team rectifies such matters promptly in the future. Hotel is outdated even for a European hotel. Carpet was dirty and patched in spots.
Restaurant and bar and service was best of the hotel.
