The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip.
I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent.
The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available.

Good venue for a conference.

My issue was just with the temperature in the room, as the air conditioning didn't work properly and several people were complaining.

Nothing spectacular for a very expensive hotel
Posted 14 May 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was easy to get to, underground parking is available but pretty pricey. Hotel staff and hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed during our European roadtrip. It was clean enough, bathroom floors could use a better mopping. The hotel is walking distance to the touristy areas but not a nice walk. We walked to town late and night and it didnt feel 100% safe. Didn't try thw breakfast because found it was overpriced. Instead we walked to Extrablatt. It was a buffet breakfast and super cheap.
