The receptionist were keep ignoring guests and kept waiting until they finish their work or notice our presence.

Good value for money but you get what you pay for
The room smelt dusty and bought on sneezing allergies I never knew I had..
Guest services were helpful and moved me to another room which was fine, but overall the hotel comes across as somewhat dated

Great location by airport and train station into the city. Also close to Autobahn.

Perfect for the night before a flight since one can walk to the airport which are connected with a walkway. This is very convenient for an early flight. The rooms are very comfortable. The dinner buffet is very good.
