We love to stay at this homey hotel when coming to Hangzhou. It s situated in the great area of “slow life” concept in the inner street so it is more private and quiet.

ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ที่นอนนิ่มสบาย เสียดายไม่มีอาหารเช้า บริเวณรอบๆมีร้านอาหารเยอะ สะดวก

Great hotel in a great location

Pros: The position is perfect and the staff is very nice
Cons: There is no breakfast and the staff does not speak English at all
Location: The hotel is enclosed in a nice turistic area and is very near to the West Lake
The hotel is very nice and near to the West Lake and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned each day besides on Sundays. The only possible issue is that the staff does not speak English, however, they are able to communicate using a translation app.

hotel.com 提供的名稱錯誤
Posted 16 Apr 2017 on HotelsHotel .com 提供的「西瀾小屋」與正確名「栖蘭小屋」全錯，又無中文街名，司機叔叔也無法幫忙。在Google及百度地圖的GPS 帶我入了浙江大學校園裡，使我帶著行李晚上10時摸黑，幸好當地人幫我打電話知道中文街名才跟據百度GPS 找到。房內中央空調，所以其他房間抽煙都傳了我房，加上旁邊裝修渡假屋，一早弄醒。
老闆娘友善，叫老闆翌日用車送我們到下一間酒店。抵讚！
