Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsComfortable and large room. But take note there is a charge for use of disposable amenities like toothbrush and even hand soap (apparently a city council initiative). Nice view and location.

river walk is exceptional
Posted 26 Aug 2023 on Hotelsfantastic hotel. great location. my only complaint is they must have some mattress protector on the beds, they don't breathe well so i'm sweating at night. walking distance to the mall is also great.
and you get get a several mile walk in next to the river. very scenic and the boardwalk is right across from the hotel. highly recommended to take a walk at night.

Hotel is definitely NOT as clean as a typical 5 star hotel…
Location is excellent to have a walk along Qiantang river.
