The hotel is super luxury, got a room on the 43rd floor with an amazing view. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's right next to an upscale shopping mall with good dining options. Overall, super happy, would stay there again!

New hotel, large room with fantastic views, nice and friendly staff. Free vip service to take you to airport or train station. We really enjoy to stay there.

Conrad Hangzhou opened in March 2019 and, as such, we are among the newest hotels in the city. As our hotel is in a high-rise building, our guest rooms, restaurants and Executive Lounge offer unobstructed panoramic views over the city and Qianjiang river. I hope that you also had the opportunity to see the evening lightshow which is best viewed from our spacious Executive Lounge on Level 36.
