Worth a look... of Island standards
Posted 20 Dec 2019 on HotelsA 10 day trip to the island made all the more enjoyable by the hotel.... A little basic which suited... WiFi coverage like the rest of the island... Hit and miss but no real issue... Limited facilities and services and breakfast OK if a tad on the bland side..... That said the staff helpful and down to earth.... The Ritz it's not.... But 10 out of 10 for trying

I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Mahia Hotel and Resto. The room was quiet and the deck with sea view was so relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in planning things to do on Easter Island.

Overall, great views and decent room, but not the most welcoming, kept hitting one snag after another. Strong take-it-or-leave-it vibe, often seemed annoyed/inconvenienced. Coordinating pick up was impossible (was not picked up). Description still says free airport drop-off twice, but does not/will not offer drop-off. Uses two exchange rates so they benefit in both directions. On the upside, no chicken/dog noise issues as in other parts of town. Solid 20+ min walk to center of town. Note, no wifi in rooms. Fine, but probably not what you want for your easygoing visit to a bucket list destination.

Comfortable bungalows with beautiful view
Posted 15 Dec 2018 on HotelsFor bungalow accommodation with beautiful views of volacanic rocky shore, ocean and sunsets it was perfect. Pickup from airport with flower necklace from late flight was welcoming and appreciated, but we did not see Rafael again for 3 days so lucky we didn’t need any help or information as offered by other places! The girl producing a simple but delicious breakfast was sweet but little English.WIFI was poor for first day until barman at attached restaurant/bar gave us different site. Overall our stay was pleasant and although 15 walk from town, it was quiet and met our needs

Posted 10 Dec 2019 on Hotels小住一晚應該沒問題，住長時間會發現小蟲很多，不會主動每天更換毛巾，浴室沒有排氣通風，洗澡很容易整間溼滑，注意安全。飯店消毒未事先通知，一早就要求離開房間，讓人進來噴藥，噴完藥打開房門都是消毒藥味，房間都沒整理，就是所有噴完藥床單毛巾都讓客人繼續使用，地上一些小蟲的屍體，有夠爛的。直接行李收一收退房認賠離開。這間在FUI申請裡也根本沒有這家飯店的名稱，到底住房網站在怎樣審核通過，這是我用這網站入住超過200間預訂排名前幾名的差勁，我的意思是，價格跟品質完全無法對等。服務品質非常非常令人擔憂。會讓旅客直接中止預定時間直接打包走人的飯店。

de primer nivel.Solamente una pequeña queja el 19 de Mayo nos retiramos a las 11 AM, La encargada
una chica joven demasiado displicente en la atención del desayuno, el cual con mi esposa tuvimos que atendernos nosotros faltando varios productos existentes el resto de los días. Un detalle que no debiese suceder.
