The fact that every detail is taken in consideration and that the staff is super helpful and friendly made this place even more special. The rooms, the view, the common areas are beautiful and the food prepared was delicious. The explorations are well planned and the guides did know their material. Great place

The staff was really nice and very flexible. The excursions were fun, and they really do a nice job of accomodating older guests.
