"Everything was great. The rooms were very big and everything worked well, kids loved the tv with YouTube. Manager was great and very responsive on WhatsApp chat, for example I wanted to confirm the breakfast times at 8pm and received a response right away. The area was very quiet which was odd as it was close to everything including the cable car. We think it must have been the low season and everyone else might have just been out on cruises. "Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."
