Nice owners and beautiful property but the rooms need work.
Very little hot water. My shower was like warm at best. Paper thin walls. I heard every word the guy next to me said. At times it sounded like he was in my bathroom. Also on that note, the employees decided that 730am was a good time to sweep outside my door for 1 hour straight. Of course I heard every step and brissel on that broom. The rooms are old. Definitely need some serious updating. The bed is almost broken. I say that because the whole frame sifts when you get in. Could not figure out the TV.
Other than that just like many back roads in Thailand it is very narrow so please be careful.

It was truly an oasis. Two beautiful pools. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. But the best part of the stay is the staff. They are so warm, patient and nothing is too difficult for them. Housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were cleaned daily and always with a smile.

Posted 30 Mar 2018I wanted a unique experience during my time in Chiang Mai and this delivered just that. The decor was very unique.Room was clean except for an ant problem.Refrigerator was downstairs from room but not too inconvenient.Ceilings are low so definitely not made for tall person.Mattress slipped alot on bed but overall was pretty comfortable.Owners seemed nice.Overall good stay.

With frequent rains, slippery outside areas aren’t maintained.

Lovely tropical gardens

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: The room was quite small with not enough wardrobe space, the bed was really hard, so not comfortable at all.
Location: Not a lot nearby, a few little 'shops' down the lane and the 'Grand Canyon' up the road, quite a walk though!
We spent a week here and it was lovely and relaxing. Al and Nok are very good hosts and it was a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Nok even took me shopping one afternoon, such a lovely lady and very accommodating. Nice pool, lovely tropical gardens and a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you want to. It was like a home from home!

Nice owners, but
Posted 28 Apr 2016Did not stay the entire night due to inadequate air conditioning. Very small room but still could not drop the temperature below 86 degrees after running all day.

Sorry that you feel there was a problem. We did offer you another room. With outside temp at over 110 the air on had dropped the temp down to 80 in just 30 minutes after you returned. We asked other guests to go into the room after you left and tell us if it was cold or not and they felt it was cold so we will monitor the air con and see.
