A terrible hotel with a hard parking
Posted 29 Jul 2017There is no parking in the hotel. We were told to park on the street,but finally I realized that I need permit to park on the street. So I had to park in a paid parking spot where it is a mile away from the hotel. The room besides a busy street is too noisy to sleep over night.

Thanks a lot for the visit and the review about it. You do not need a permit to park on the street, as our team told you, in our part of the city, it is free to park on the street. There is no need to park in a paid parking spot.

If you come to Heidelberg for sightseeing, be consider the hotel location.
Make sure the front desk working hour fit your demand,as there's no kettle or coffee maker provided not convenient if you need some drinks .No lift/elevator. The facility mentioned"Bicycle rentals on site" but we asked the hotel staff they said they don't provide the service.

Posted 3 Feb 2021 on HotelsRapport qualité/prix correct. En revanche, j'ai eu très froid dans la chambre. Veillez à chauffer les chambres avant que le client arrive. Et aussi à fermer les fenêtres des couloirs.

This „hotel“ is in a poor state of repair and provides very few services. The rooms and beds are tiny and it’s way overpriced for what it is. I actually decided not to there after I saw the room.
