The staff was so friendly. Waffles were really good. Wish they had scrambled eggs instead of the egg patties. Clean room. Loved the free coffee and tea and vending machines.

Water problem was from the City of Hanceville, because they were fixing water line, which we did not had control of that problem. Accommodating and kind
Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsAll the staff was very helpful and kind. When they noticed my struggle climbing the stairs (no elevator), they offered me a room on the first floor. Negatively, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke to get into the smoke-free hotel. They have a make-your-own waffle machine so that made up for most of the small inconveniences.

Dirty sheets hair all over the room, left the hotel and went to another, would not recommend.
