I got a room with a water view and loved it! The room was clean except for the coffee maker. The used pack of coffee was still there.
The shelf in the bathroom was cracked and the finish coming off. This surprised me as the hotel was kind of expensive and the reputation was great.
Pretty much nothing is included. No breakfast. You have to pay to park in their garage.
They gave me a bag with 2 water bottles in it. I'd have rather had a glass of wine.

It appeared that the bar/restaurant were short staffed. The staff were kind but needed assistance when busy.

If you like the smell of marijuana then this is the hotel for you! We’ve stayed here a few times and won’t be returning. The hotel itself is ok but could use some updating. It seems like they tried to do some updates but is more like putting lipstick on a pig. The rooms wreak of marijuana and the hotel itself is not in the best area but this may just be Hampton.

I liked the area around the hotel and the hotel itself. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was nice. The only suggestion I have at the moment is to install more way finding signage when leaving the stairs of the parking lot. I got a little turned around when I got to the bottom floor, but figured out where I was eventually.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk, the bartenders, and housekeeping; and close to a few bars and campus which was my main goal.
