We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hyatt Place in Hampton while visiting for Disney on Ice. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get to the event. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning—it offered a good variety of options, including hot items, which was a nice touch.
The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby dining options and shopping. We were able to easily grab a quick meal before heading to the show.
Overall, this Hyatt Place offered a great experience for our one-night stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and affordable, making it a great choice for families heading to local events like Disney on Ice.

We checked in online, received a message that check in was complete to only arrive at 4:35 p.m. and the room not be ready. Hyatt finally sent a text at 5:20 that our room was ready.

Our air conditioner didn’t work, maintenance came after a wait and stated he would return. After an hour he hadn’t returned and when we called the desk, they said he was gone for the day.
