It’s disappointing that I booked and paid for a king bed only to be told that I was bumped. I book that size for a reason and to be pushed into something that doesn’t accommodate my size results in a restless night. No consideration was given and no alternatives. Instead of offering me a solution I was referred to Expedia since I booked through 3rd party website. This is supposed to enhance the experience, not make it more difficult. As for my room, it’s quite dated and obvious that pets have been in there due to a lingering wet dog odor. Thankfully my disastrous stay is only for 1 night. Embassy suites is no longer on my approved stay list.

Delightful 10 story hotel with lots of amenities. Wonderful breakfast with a buffet and customized omelets made. Parking is in the hotel lot.but costs $10/day. Not sure it is necessary to charge a fee as it is not exclusive or limited entry.
