The night clerk was horrible upon arrival early am 5/26/17. There was a mix up with the name on the reservation because my sister arrived earlier than me. So she switched the reservation to Jackson therefore when I arrived asked for the reservation in Murdaugh unaware of this. The night clerk was very, very rude in trying to solve the problem. At this point, because she was so nasty I returned the unkindness. If this were my property I would not have her representing my property.

Better than expected.

I've heard horror stories before about Day's Inns. This turned out better than expected. The furniture in the room was older, but the bedding was very comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay here again.

Check inn clerk was very rude! The room had an receptacle with no cover . We were right at drink machine and ice machine that made noise all night long , so wasn't to happy with overall stay,.

We stay here every time we hunt up here. It has always been very nice, clean and comfortable with a great small hot breakfast, just enough. But for this last trip the manager and 1 of the staff members went over and beyond for us. First our reservation was messed up and we had to pay again but when we did it was a much cheaper rate. Secondly, our son started having a high fever and all the stores were closed, desperate, I asked my husband to ask up front. The manager who has small grandkids gave us a brand new bottle of children's Tylenol to help our child. What a lifesaver! We vacation a lot in Orlando at Disney and I can guarantee you wouldn't get that type of help there. The people here are so nice and helpful. Genuine and kind. Thank you so much Days Inn of Hampton, SC!!

Nice hotel close to Estille.

Pros: Location
Cons: Minor request, a restroom for visitors checking in. Going next door to the gas station while waiting to get checked in was kind of off putting.

We arrived at 1:30 pm for a 2:00 pm check-in after a 14 hour trip. Tried to catch a nap before going on with rest of itinerary but could not because of constant train air horns. Rooms were clean and comfortable .Without a Days Inn in Estille, will stay here again.
