Très bon séjour au Atlantic. Chambre propre personnel à l'écoute de nos besoin,pro actifs . Hôtel propre et situé juste assez loin du "night life" pour la tranquillité et juste assez proche pour y aller à pied. Petit salon extérieur sur les 2 etages pour profiter de la vu sur la mer et la plage est accessible directement en face de l'hôtel. Si nous retournons à Hampton ce sera assurément au Atlanticsl

No explanation as to how to use TV, or heater. I paid for 2 nites and got nothing in return except a cold room. I have learned my lesson

Hi Francis, I’m very sorry to hear your stay with us did not go well. We had no idea you had any issues. We had communicated with you through Akia our guest messaging services throughout your stay and you never mentioned these issues. We even asked how everything went after your first night. There are two heat sources in all of our rooms, baseboard heat and electric heat via the A/C. As far as the TV goes, we could have easily helped with that as well. Again, we are sorry your stay didn’t go well, but had you reached out we could have solved the two issues within minutes.

Our room was clean ,comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. Can't wait till our next getaway.
