Typical Hampton beach dated motel. In need of updates throughout. Motel is in a great location. Just a couple of minutes to strip and beach.

It seems too expensive for the service
But it is A OK motel
I did not like the bathroom
It needs an update plus the water was not draining well
We got our room earlier than expected
I will come back there if I get a better price

big clean room. Nice, friendly staff. Parking on property. Close to the beach. Would recommend the Tides defiantly.
