We were on 1st floor, kitchen window was broken, our door was literally open when we got to room. No shampoo/soaps provided, only 2 towels given for 4 guest. TV’s did not work, carpet all over was stained, stayed here for 4 nights and not once got our room cleaned. When we complained about the room we were just told that maintenance would be notified. The hallway had a very distinct Oder like smoke and urine. Very poor service.

The place was decent if youre just looking for a place to sleep at night. Bring your own amenities cause this place doesnt provide any. There were no toiletries provided like it stated, hairdryer was missing, and youre only provided one roll of toilet paper. Only one tv in our room was working. Area around the property is not as bad as everyone else says. There is a Chilis next door and a grocery store in walking distance. The building is secure with keycard access to entryways and there is a security guard onsite 24hrs. Overall, not as bad as the other reviews say. Worth the price youre paying for a room to sleep in at night

Hotel was overbooked and we could get the room we’d reserved. Upon arrival the property was run down and filthy. The hallways smelled of smoke, the pool was green, and residents appeared to be living in the rooms with trash every wear and broken down cars. The photos of this property do not look anything like what is posted, do not stay here.

THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA!
There are homeless both inside and outside the building including those who use the oitside of the building as a toilet. There is fighting and arguing oitside the windows throughout the night. Broken down cars ate not removed includong one that the engine lost all of its oil in the lot and grass. It was not moved in the 5 faus we were there. Last but not least is the alarm system in the Chili's behind the hotel
It flashes a strobimg blu light 25'7. When anyone passes by the large device on wheels there is a large voice that says "welcome to Chili's you are being recorded by video camera ". This goes off eery 5 to 10 minutes.

What was there to like??? There were homeless people all around the bldg, fighting, arguing and using the outside of the bldg as a urinal. Iasked twice for new towels and toilet paper and was never got any. The halls smell and there is a lingering odor of smoke even though it's a supposed to be a smoke free bldg.
The onsite staff told me incoirect info when I called about the size of the room I initially reserved so I booked an additional room because of what I was told as I was traveling with my grown son. When I arrived I found the suite as I thought and didn't need the other room. They would not refund even though it was their error.
This was a nice place before it changed to Suburban Suites. Never ever stay here!
