The facility was run down, foul smell in the rooms and lack of cleanliness. Pool was closed and gym had 2 treadmills and nothing else. Very disappointing.

Would not stay again hotel room, outdated and door was messed up and it was an accessible room. Imagine if somebody actually couldn’t get the door open.. also have not received my deposit back in a week having to dispute it as of now.

I want to know what happened to good customer service, & staff being hospitable in an establishment where hospitality should be first priority... Everyone with the exception of only 1 decent employee, this establishment was at the bottom of the barrel. ! I can't believe these people get away with having a job even working in hospitality! Such a shame.

I will never stay at this property again. The first room the ac didn’t work the second room was disgusting that I am now sick on my way home. No cleaning service you have to change your own bedding and towels. Our room key stopped working during our stay. Worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

It was horrible we went into room looked in turned around and got our money back

Very dirty, had dirty underwear on my floor, towels in my shower, and blood splatters on the pillow! Large amount of unhoused people in the parking lot sprinting around doing weird stuff
