The facility was run down, foul smell in the rooms and lack of cleanliness. Pool was closed and gym had 2 treadmills and nothing else. Very disappointing.

Would not stay again hotel room, outdated and door was messed up and it was an accessible room. Imagine if somebody actually couldn’t get the door open.. also have not received my deposit back in a week having to dispute it as of now.

I want to know what happened to good customer service, & staff being hospitable in an establishment where hospitality should be first priority... Everyone with the exception of only 1 decent employee, this establishment was at the bottom of the barrel. ! I can't believe these people get away with having a job even working in hospitality! Such a shame.

I will never stay at this property again. The first room the ac didn’t work the second room was disgusting that I am now sick on my way home. No cleaning service you have to change your own bedding and towels. Our room key stopped working during our stay. Worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

The hotel room was gross. Oven hasn't been cleaned, good stuff inside. Along with the fridge. It isn't a full kitchen as advertised. There was hair in the bath tub, sink and even the ceiling, along with yellow stains as well. It took 3 times to flush the toilet. There was was black stuff on the sheets. And something blue on the bedspread. The couch was stained, so yucky looking that I wouldn't sit on it. Food and trash in the hallway as well. tayed 1 out of the 3 nights I had reserved. It was that bad.

The hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Very clean property and had an vintage feel. Staff was very helpful and polite. We come back to stay here

This property is still in transition it appears. The staff is not professional or very courteous, the phone in the room was not connected, when tried to reach hotel from my mobile it would not connect to the hotel. It definitely needs a lot of rehab done to it and also better training for the staff.

The room was nice and updated, but had old furniture in living room. Small window air conditioner inefficient for entire two bedroom suite. Had to sleep on the couch next to air conditioner, instead of the nice bed. Hallway definitely smelled like marijuana.

I feel bad for this property. It is in an area that has clearly struggle in recent times. It was a very nice facility, not all that long ago, but the area now has a fair amount of homeless folks around the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, but the condition of the hotel is not great. It was not very clean, and the maintenance was not good. The unit was huge and was clearly really nice when it was built.

I originally liked the fact that there were two bedrooms, however this went away quickly because their was NO air conditioning! We were not told this at check in. It was 85 degrees in our room. I promptly went downstairs and asked for a refund that I have yet to receive. I did get a confirmation number, but still waiting on the refund! I think it would have been nice if the air conditioner was working.

Had to cancel reservation due to safety concerns. Seedy area with many transients loitering all over the premises. There was a man openly smoking drugs outside. The theater next door is boarded up. There was an altercation in the parking lot and heard screams coming from inside. There was a car in the parking lot that appeared to have been shot up. Place seemed really run down with unsavory people handing out right outside. Did not feel safe allowing my family to stay here. Not as represented on line. Appears extremely unsafe even from the outside.
