I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not soundproof, every night I heard a couple being intimate that was annoying. Also, people coughing and using the bathroom.. The phones in the room do not work, nor does the balcony light. TV remote did not work, nor the button to the TV,. Breakfast is repetitive and limited. My room seen better days, I feel it was very dirty in my opinion. For the hotel to be luxury, for me, it did not feel like it. I wanted to ask the front desk can I change my room on the first day that I got there but they seemed unapproachable like you may be bothering them, so me not want to be that person who complains, I just spent my nights sleeping there sometimes and the rest of the time with my in-laws because it is what it is. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a friend who staying in Hammamet. But again this is just my experience. Maybe somebody else will have a better room that’s more clean and doesn’t it feel cramped and stuffy. I was there for nine nights.

The hotel looks nice we were bothered by two factors: 1- zero privilege as gold members. They refused to give an upgrade even though the hotels was not full. The service was too slow. We kept waiting for almost 2 hours to get pool towels and every time we requested one they sounded very rude and indifferent. 2- we were assigned a room where we had 3 RF antennas . As experts in the field we know that was not safe at all and extremely harmful.

Même si l’hôtel a besoin de rénovations, la propreté est au rendez vous. La bouffe est bonne et fraîche. Je ne pense pas renouveler mon expérience avec the russelior et je ne pense pas le recommander à quelqu’un de mes connaissances. Lors d’un séjour de 3 nuitées en demi Pension, et plus spécifiquement dans la soirée du 11 septembre, j’ai demandé au serveur de me donner un verre vide afin de prendre mes pilules après le souper. Je tiens à préciser que j’ai acheté la bouteille d’eau du bar de l’hôtel à un temps ultérieur. La réponse était: NON il m’a dit qu’ il est interdit de me donner un verre vide dans un hôtel 5 étoiles !! J’ai demandé au serveur de parler au chef de salle. J’ai eu la même réponse de ce dernier. Il ne peut pas me donner un verre vide pour prendre mes pilules mêmes si j’ai acheté l’eau du bar de l’hôtel😨 je suis déçu d’un tel service d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai jamais …

This is no way a 5 star hotel- the service is actually shocking. Staff have knowledge of what is actually going on in the hotel in terms of what is and isn’t available to clients. I requested to speak to management, and given a whole speech and free coffee to make up for a horrible experience!
