I had my worst stay in a hotel at this place. Stuff was so rude ! Food was so disappointing and the room smelled like mould ! The bed was so uncomfortable and had very bad smell and spots. The bathroom was leaking !!!!!!! The cleaning lady entered the room While we were still in bed naked !!! She did not even knock the door. Parking was so limited and there was a big bazaar under the room and a hair dresser late !!!

Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only stay for 1 night and that was enough for us. Staff at dining area were nice. Reception can be more attentive to visitors’ concern.

The property and management are ready to drive you away. We had to leave since AC and most amenities were not available at the entire property.

A lovely stay

My aunt and I had an amazing stay at Omar Khayem hotel. We only stayed for 3 nights but we enjoyed it a lot. A special thank you to Mr Anthony for his kindness and everyone in the animation team for their good mood and politeness.

Water park

Water park was quite good food normal rooms were not clean parking problem reception problem bars was okay. Beach good good swimming pools and good slides with good staff my rooms door was not easy to open

Was unable to stay in this hotel due to a discrepancy with the company. Seemed like a reasonable hotel from what I saw. Very cheap price for three people on the AI basis.
