U have to cross the street to go to the beach. AC was leaking Old furniture for a five star Food average,nothing special

Nice place but they need better staff more professional less asking for tips for everything

I booked for triple room and sea view but they gave me standard room without sea view. I pay double more for sea view and this what i got. The room air condition is not working and its too hot. What kind of 5 star hotel is this. This is a riff off. I will file complaint to BB to your guys for not giving what i booked and post everywhere bad what the hotel did. I booked for 6 rooms and paid soo much for this.

The bed was bad, the reception and the checkin agent was unwelcome

I asked for quiet room. My room window over looking evening entertainment with loud noise and windows is not double glazing I could not hear the TV in the room

It’s all just great The food is amazing and changes daily with different ingredients everyday The rooms are great The staff are always friendly and helpful I give it overall five stars

Excellent hotel with nice amenities , though parking was challenging and had to park outside .

Nice hotel with good amenities Though parking was full and had to park outside Room was noisy because of fan and tv was not working
