"Lack of maintenance, rooms are big but not modern and the bathroom is a desaster for a 5* hotel, no mini bar replenching, repetitive food but overall is very good. Servers are good but some are jut after tips. They sais it is ultra all inclusive but they offer the same things are an ordinary all inclusive resort but very poor comparing with 5* resorts in the caribeans"
