It was excellent, room perfect, staff couldn’t have been better.Only had evening meal but it wasn’t good with lots of choices

Avoid! Definitely not a 5 stars! Pictures online are made up. Rooms were old, mouldy bathrooms, dirty bed linen. The buffet was disgusting with cheap products and some recycled for next meals!!!!

Il like everything in the resort except the drink in the buffet,, a lot of waiting till you get some water

I have been at this “resort” before in 2012 and it was way different, this time around the place is almost unrecognizable, unquantified, unexperienced and stressed out lobby staff, skeleton crew during peak season, rooms are dirty and outdated. I can go on and on about the broken locks, locked safe, clogged sinks, broken fridge, it was the worst experience I have had in years!!! The place still have potential but it will need a whole new management and staff. It is probably a two star hotel at best but I do not recommend this place at this time even to an enemy!!! I was about to leave after 24 hours, but I just did not want to upset my wife or my mother doing so. Stay away!! You are better off at a 2 star place. I usually do not give bad reviews but I found it necessary this time because I would not want to see someone paying top money for a worthless place.

Great hotel

I had such a great stay during my trip. I was very happy with the food selection at dinner. Beach and pool access are great! I plan to visit again.

Outstanding customer service and warm welcoming friendly staff, the Hotel got 3 beautiful big outdoor pools with a straight access to the beach, fun attractions and activities on the daily, clean restaurants with amazing variety of food in breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacious and luxurious for a 5 stars Hotel. Great location,private clean and secure beach with 5 minutes walking distance to the Marina and the city of Yasmine Hammamet.
