Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice quiet beach. Only oroblem.is the music is so loud and it plays until very late at night.

Staff were amazing. Food was always cold and no variety. Entertainment limited. Hotel needs a good paint and update. Really noisy hotel rooms not soundproof always shouting in hallways. Could gear next door snoring 😂😂Cleaners very noisy and no respect coming into room when we were not even awake.

Lovely pool and next to beach. Room spacious but with two single beds pushed together.

Excellent evening entertainment within the hotel and good atmosphere welcome s you, I was disappointed with temperature of the hot meals, which were served on cold plates and further reduced the overall temperature of the meal. Overall though no other complaints

bad mood

What to say ... it started badly with the complete parking. the guard wanted to park the car outside on the road. Then I booked all inclusive, but the hotel.com website only validated the breakfast on my reservation. At the reception, no one informed us, or even took the timeto explain restaurants, drinks ... so we only had breakfast. Only last night we learned that our stay was well all inclusive. The indoor pool is too small, with all the tourists, you could not move. No wifi in the rooms either ... yes for a 4 star hotel in 2018 it seems incredible. In short it was my first and last stay at this hotel.

Not a great start, dried blood on the sheets, single beds when requested double, 1 hour to check in, arrogant staff doing the check in.Food was OK.
