À mon arrivée il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas j’avais la difficulté à dormir tellement il faisait chaud j’ai demandé à la réception pourquoi l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas il m’ont répondu il fonctionne seulement à partir du 15 juin et ça aucun sens

Excellent staff worker very polite hotel is lovely they look after the guests reception staff amazing I feel like a home

The stay was a good experience overall just a couple of little bits that i would of liked to know before going, it is well worth upgrading to full board with drinks included as the extra costs isn't much but soon adds up if there's more than 1 of you and there are not many English people who stay otherwise i couldn't falt the staff or place itself

It's a shame

The checking in and the checking out process was terrible, had to ask to move room as the first one condition was terrible smell of dump ,ants every where, smell off sewage all round the hotel.the food quality at breakfast and dinner is the worst i have ever seen, tasteless an 8 years old can cook better than that. On the weekends they're prioritising locals people who uses the pool and beach and no one cares about the hotel's guests. I work in the tourism industry for 20years now and it's very sad to see this happening in this lovely place it's obvious that there is no care form the owner/management at all and the property in desperately needs off renovation

Lot of potential, nice layout of rooms and hotel in general. Unfortunately the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Ripped bedding sheets, mould in shower, and worn fabrics everywhere.

They stole the breakfast

I have booked a 3 nights with breakfast breakfast included, and when i went to the hotel says that my booking is room only and i paid for the breakfast

Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: everything! starting from real star rate! breakfast,room upgrades,lighting, swim pool cleanness,plus new pictures of the hotel!
Location: where is a nice long beach both ways but the dealers will not give you a break even if you dont have the money with you!
the worst 4 days ever! the room was open plan and the wind was blowing inside threw the door,it was another door connecting with neighbors toilet (very stupid) so if some one having big deal there the smell is staying in your room too because there is no ventilation in toilet! the shower didnt work all the time you need to wait every couple minutes for it to get power! the beds were old creep and very hard (not possible to sleep together as a couple) tv is too small and remote was broken! in the corridor windows were smashed,the breakfast was annoying every day just boiled eggs, the swim-pool was not cleaned at all and all leaves from palms were lying at the bottom, it was very dark aswell at evening time, no lights around the pool, absolutely no lights on the walk way to the sea! Wifi almost never worked! also no one said a word what non residents must pay 10 pounds each for passport stamp to return home!

Disappointed

Cons: The food was bad
Location: It felt like it was in the middle of nowhere
I recently stayed at hotel nesrine. The staff were friendly, the room was ok. There were alot of people staying at the hotel at the weekend. So it was lively and the food was good. As soon as monday came all the guests had gone and the buffet went away so we were served food by the hotel staff. The food was really bad every day after the weekend. There arent so many restaurant options in the area, so it was bad food or travel out and pay more money to get some decent food.
