"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. "The property is dated. It’s a three star compared to all inclusive in Mexico for example. The room layout was fine. Air conditioning was on constantly but couldn’t bring temperature below 22.5 on the thermostat. The sheets were moist with humidity. We were sweating inside the room. I asked for a fan and this was provided right away. The electric kettle had to be changed twice but was replaced immediately. An iron was provided on request. There were ants everywhere. I reported it....

"Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Entertainment team constantly hounding you throughout the day to go to their very mediocre evening entertainment Sort it out Phenicia - just appalling"
