"Overall stay was great. Service was outstanding. Hotel has a nice patio with a view of downtown Huntington. Hotel appeared to be new and updated. Walk-in shower was roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. One negative was room above us was very noisy. We could hear what sounded like children jumping and banging around. Also, while the overall cleanliness of our room was great, there was some kind of substance on the walls and door in a few places that looked like blood. I don’t want to make too big a deal of it, as I was able to clean it myself with some wet paper towels. It wasn’t a large amount and I can see how it might have been missed by cleaning staff. Still, the amount of blood acceptable in the room should be zero. Overall stay was great and we will for sure stay here again."

"All of the staff at the hotel were excellent there were issues with the air conditioners being overworked however that was not the fault of the staff. Some of the hotel guests were quite Rowdy and loud and the hotel staff had a hard time keeping them under control. The hotel staff tried their best! The breakfast was great both mornings with a wide variety of food choices. The bed had a few dips in it which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep but not too bad. Traveling during a heat wave tends to make for a tough time for everyone."
