Unfortunately the lift only went to the first two floors. We had to lug our gear to the top floor and our group was older, including a 77 year old. The place was dated and oldly designed.

Thank you for your feedback. On the booking website it does explain that two bedroom units are on the third floor and reached by stairs. Normally we do contact all our guests prior to arrival and explain this however it seems Expedia no longer provide phone contact details. If we had been made aware we would have ensured that you had been provided a more suitable location in the property. We have recently refurbished our heritage property which we are all very proud of. Sorry it was not to your taste.

Handy location, easy walk to shopping and dining, etc, place seems run down except for the lobby and common areas. Strange door off one room that leads to the roof, which also didn’t close properly. No view, can only look out at the services to the building. Not a bad price for a family of 5, but expected better for the ratings

Thank you for your feedback, this is really appreciated. We have been undergoing a complete refresh with new carpets throughout and paint through all common areas. The entertainment center has also been completely updated with new smart TVs which offer streaming and chrome casting options. The door to the roof is a service access door and should be locked at all times. We will discuss this with our team as it should not have been possible to open at all. Thank you again for your comments, we do value all kinds of feedback, this really helps us continually improve.

Good spot with spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a 1 night stop for 3 of us.

Was staying for business and a number of appointments was in walking distance. Those that I had to drive to was within easy reachable distance so very central location.
