The bed was well past its use-by date - sagged into the middle. My wife became unwell during the night and we decided to return to Melbourne to see her doctor. All the manager (?) seemed concerned about was to make clear that I would be charged for the second night.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hamilton Lonsdale Motel. We opted to come back to this motel when we are in Hamilton because the staff are very friendly, the motel rooms are clean and modern, the beds are comfy and we can walk in and out of town.
