Wifi was not secure to enable working. Phone in room did not work. Heater was too loud. I did not stay overnight!!!!!

I was looking for location near Kitchener and Expedia somehow show me location in Brantford which I booked and I tried to cancel it within one hour, but hotel denied my cancellation and charge me full amount. I never checked in and still had to pay the full amount which is very, very, very disappointing.

Would recommend this hotel to anybody so quiet everything is so essential they offer breakfast. The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean and the gentleman at the front was extremely nice. Beautiful customer service.
