"I can’t say enough good things. The staff were so lovely. The property was beautiful. Worth staying just for the architectural details. The building is historical and feels like a step back in history. Every single staff member was fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave the area a 4 star is because we did witness a bag snatching in the coles on queen street. It is in a city so be aware of your surroundings. We walked to Southbank a few times and recommend it too. Overall, I loved this place!"

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety and was always fresh. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend . "This is a local establishment convenient to airport. Close to river trail and nice restaurants; as well as quaint shops and grocery stores. The building is aged, though maintained well. The kitchenette is a nice surprise. The downside is having to pay for cab to get here and back to airport since we have large luggage. Bus would be an option if we travelled light. They also let us store the luggage while we explored the area after check out. Pool is small, and the laundry machine did not work."

"This area was really beneficial to stay in since it was by the night life, shopping areas, and good restaurants. Property felt safe due to having to have a key to enter the floor you stayed on. Room was very nice and spacious."
