"2 Complaints: Upon arrival, had trouble finding my room - couldn't find 315, but found 312, 313, 314 and assumed w no.s hard to find, that mine was unmarked room next to 313 but key wouldn't open. Had to get front dedk attendant who came up, said the unmarked room was storage and the actual 315 was ..."

"Staff are always very professional here. It was busy when I arrived and at least one staff member was clearly tired but she remained respectful and even helped me out in getting the room I wanted (away from the road noise.). Very much appreciated!"
