Stunning location, beautiful hotel but no air conditioning and notices all over about mosquitoes as it’s river fronted.

The room was comfortable and clean. Despite being away from the city, there's still plenty of good restaurants and shopping places nearby like Bergedorf. Really enjoyed my stay here! There were also umbrellas near the reception if it's raining, it's such a small gesture but it was really useful!

Posted 21 Jul 2019 on HotelsThis place is amazing but it’s exactly that. The surrounding area is just plain and a little uninteresting. But for a beautiful getaway and place to recharge the batters I’d go back in a heartbeat. Staff were great and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The setting by the river was quite simply beautiful.

Wonderful hotel with modern design and fittings. The location we thought was great. On the banks of the Elbe, right next to the river. Watch barges being moved up the river. Near to Hamburg but far enough away to be rural. You could just chill out! We would stay there again at the drop of a hat. Not for you if you want a city stay.
