The property have repeatedly ignored my communication when requesting the return of my security deposit for the room.
Upon checkout I was informed that it would take 1-2 days for the €90.00 (3 night) deposit to be returned to my account and I have still not received this.
I emailed twice and called once and would advise caution when checking in and asked for a deposit on the room on top of the full booking fee.
Very disappointed as I am out of pocket due to sheer ignorance and fraudulent processing of security deposit. This is despite me emailing my IBAN details afterwards too.

Ideal stay, central Hamburg

Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms and property are well maintained, and staff is very helpful. Not too far from the train and downtown is very accessible from here. There's a large supermarket down the road and a few restaurants for dining options. The only inconvenience we had was there is construction everywhere around the city and it was dusty. Also, lots of pedestrian and traffic rerouting. Hotel has a gym which was great for people who like to work out. Overall, it was decent and it has a pretty interesting decor and vibe.
