A lovely property and great experience. Go for a lake view, if you can. Well worth a little extra. Lovely breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff

The suite was a great size for our family of 4 (kids aged 11 and 14). There is a sun room off the main bedroom with a good size pullout sofa bed, big enough for the two kids to share, and it was nice that the kids had a separate room and space for there things. Bathroom was very large as well. I wish there was AC as it got very stuffy in the room (the cleaners kept shutting the windows), but fortunately there were lots of windows to let in fresh air during cooler nights. Overall, very nice choice of room for our family, and nice area to stay in with easy bus access.

A beautiful hotel, superbly located on the beautiful Aussenalster and a short walk to center of town and all attractions. Highly recommended, will come back again.

Rooms weren’t cleaned. No toilet paper one day. Extremely hot - no fan and no AC. Poor replacement of coffee and tea service
