The rooms were not so clean. They kept the windows open and there were usually some kind of insect in the room. They did not provide slippers even when we asked. They had a cheap parking outside but the garage was rather expensive.
The location was convenient. You could walk 5 minutes to STADRAD bicycle station.

Pleasantly surprised
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis place exceeded my expectations. I was only looking for an affordable place near the Hamburg airport, but was surprised how nice it was for the price.
The hotel is part of an apartment complex and is a fairly residential part of Winterhude (hip spot) It’s a short bus ride away from Mühlenkamp strip with a ton of bars and restaurants.
The room was great. Looked as if it was recent remodeled with nice lighting, fine bathroom and a sweet coffee/mini-bar setup. Coffee was 1€ per pod and fridge drinks were 3€.
The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel at this price point. Full weight selection, your standard cardio spread and a room full of peloton-type stationary bikes for a spin class.

Our second time staying at this hotel while visiting our son. While not a fancy hotel it definitely has the charm of being close to so much in the city of Hamburg. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Hamburg.
