Great location and very high quality rooms and restaurants. The pictures of the lobby etc. are surreal, but quite literary beautiful. Pictures don't do justice. Its a great spot. Particularly the bar, where half of the patrons are local residents. Best restaurant bar in the entire area. It is preferential to adults.

Once again we had the pleasure of staying a few days/nights at the wonderful hotel very close to Reberbahn - as always the check-in went fast, the staff was brilliant (check-in, bar, restaurant), the flowers ordered for the rooms very perfect, the deco is amaizing - truely a need to stay hotel in Hamburg!!!!!!!!

Pros: Location is very close to Reeperbahn area Cons: Considerung the size of the hotel, very few staff with negative impact on service availability and quality (e.g long check-in / check-out times despite of high level of automation, low level of roomservice, long waiting time at bar, often technical issues and no cash payments possible etc.).

The room design is different, we liked it. We had a lovely garden view. We stayed on weeknights and the club/bar area was quiet. The days were very warm the last week of August, and the AC was adequate. Apparently most accommodations don't have AC, so we felt lucky. We walked everywhere from our hotel to see the sights. Train station close enough to walk, but Uber was easier! The location was ideal for us.

We asked for a quiet room prior to staying and they put us above the bar on our arrival on Friday evening. It’s quite a party bar which is fun when you are downstairs but not so much fun when trying to sleep. There was also a bad smell in the toilet from the drains and the AC wasn’t working. I went to complain and they said they had some problems in the hotel that day and this was the only room available so we had to stay there. The following day coming back from sightseeing in the afternoon we were stopped by a lady from reception who said she had another room available if we wanted to move to a quiet room, but our new room wouldn’t be available for at least another hour but she needed our room back so could we pack up and occupy ourselves for an hour - we declined as it just wasn’t convenient for us. We went up to our room, and we then couldn’t get in - the door lock had gone - they got maintenance out who said it would a 15 min job but it got to near 45 mins and i went to check and he said he would be some time as the complete mechanism had gone. So I went back to Reception who managed to get me another room (they did give us a voucher for the bar whilst we waited). So we ended in relocating to another room, where the AC didn’t work again! In a comedy of errors we then had a knock at the door and a dessert was delivered to us compliments of the hotel - the note with it was welcoming another guest back to the hotel - clearly not meant for us!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Abzug für einen prominenten Handabdruck an einer Spiegelfläche in 2 Meter Höhe - war irritierend. Und wir haben Milch, Kaffeesahne oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer für den Kaffee vermisst. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, das wäre so üblich. Bringen wir dann das nächste Mal selbst mit :-)

Gehobene und trotzdem preiswerte Möglichkeit in St.Pauli zu übernachten. Bar und Restaurant bieten alles - aber sind m.E. etwas zu teuer. Die Zimmergestaltung im Loft ist originell und trotzdem äußerst praktisch.

Zimmer sehr schön und modern. Offenes Bad ist schön, trotzdem wäre eine nicht ganz durchsichtige Duschwand wünschenswert, wenn man nicht gerade als Paar übernachtet. Frühstück wurde nicht genutzt, da eindeutig zu teuer. Ansonsten super Lage.
